DA NANG HOSPITAL

Danang hospital is one of the largest hospitals in the central of Vietnam. 
Coverage: Danang city (# 1.2 million) and many provinces of the Central and Highlands area of Vietnam
    • 1945: Hospital de Danang was established
    • 1970: became 1000-bed hospital
    • 1975: Named Danang hospital
    •  Now: 2000-bed hospital
The hospital is strong at: Neurosurgery, Traumatology, Cardiovascular diseas, Critical Care: MICU, SICU, CICU and stroke. The hospital has been applying advanced medical techniques including open heart surgery, Cardiovascular interventions and Kidney transplantation, Surgery for spine dislocation using navigation system, Cerebral vascular Microsurgery, Spinal cord stem cell transplant, ECMO, CRRT, Hemodialysis, Cerebrovascular Intervention
The hospital has been cooperating with many local and international partners from Japan, China... and also held quite number of international events.
Currently, the hospital is focusing on expanding its capacity with the launch of Hi-tech medical diagnosis Centre (starting from 2024). In addition, A branch hospital will be built containing 4 centers:
    • Hematology Center
    • International Health Center
    • Geriatric Center
    • Tropical Disease Center

The hospital is hornor to host the 9th ASEAN MISST from 25-27 July 2024.
